Description
The stone elements on the facade of this building, arbitrarily oriented, contribute to the idea of the building as a stack of houses. The surfaces on the ground floor are entirely in shades of gray, while the other floors have coatings in light tones, creating in this contrast an idea of disconnection between the apartments and the ground. It is intended that residents experience a high sense of community and proximity, and the shared patio, with the condominium room as an isolated element, plays a crucial role in the experience.
