The Bela Vista Tower building stands out in the urban fabric as the tallest development in Matosinhos, taking advantage of its verticality to create wide views over the surroundings.

Its façade is defined by a rhythmic composition of inclined volumes that, while providing privacy and shade to the balconies, give the urban front a unique visual dynamism.
