Description

Set within a heterogeneous urban fabric, the Jardim de Santana building asserts itself through a clear and sculptural volumetric language.

The main façade, facing the street, is defined by a white three-dimensional grid whose geometric composition offers depth, shadow, and texture to the urban plane.

The body of the building rises five floors above the street level, and it is structured around seven autonomous units: two one-bedroom apartments, three two-bedroom apartments, and two three-bedroom apartments, offering a diversity of typologies designed for different ways of living.

Inside, the project embraces a sober and welcoming palette. The helical staircase, present in some of the apartments, is more than a functional element; it is a statement piece that organizes and enhances the space.
